About The Role The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of business transformation projects and initiatives which make tangible and evident improvements to the internal and external client experience, throughoutthe organisation. They work closelywith functions and cross functional stakeholders to define and propose solutions for improving process and systems across value chains within the business globally, improving the end-to-end operational efficiency and overall client experience. As a Sr Business Analyst You Will - Work on complex and or value chain processes e.g., purchase to pay, how to create a product, place a purchase order (PO) on the vendor, receipt products to paying suppliers. - Support functional leads in drafting PRB submissions where a change is deemed meeting the PRB criteria. - Ensure the process repository is being maintained with new processes and new revisions, and also that the Meta Data structure is kept relevant in line with JIRA and business structure changes. - Work with ISO to ensure review cycles of process documentation are being adhered to through issuing of reporting to process owners and ensuring the annual reviews are taking place (consider global vs regional documents). - Support Business Architects where required to define larger organisational changes, ensuring key business driving detail is known/called out in the change implementation, specifically where regional specifics are in place or there are LRCA items. - Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
