We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our growing team What will you do as a QA Analyst : - Create standards and procedures for developers to follow - Execute both manual and automated test scripts - Code and implement automated tests - Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements - Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimize problems - Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of the project - Keep track of quality metrics and verify that the final product meets the requirement - Analyze product features and suggest changes to enhance them to make them more efficient and user friendly - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards and regulations What are we looking for : - Experience of 0-1 year through internship or full-time role in software testing or quality assurance - Should be knowledgeable of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end - Should have strong problem-solving skills that allow them to test software, identify bugs, and solve errors - Should have strong communication skills that allow them to collaborate with others - Basic knowledge of any automation tool (e.g., Selenium) hands-on experience during internship or academic projects is a plus About our parent brand - Z1 Tech: Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified) is a technology first company which strives to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favour of humankind.
