Hi Greetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for Sr Consultnat Business Analyst role for Pune location Experience 8 to 10 yrs Location Pune WFO Payroll Company Name CIEL HR Services Mode of Employment Contract Job description Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process solution product knowledge understanding of the business IT scenario understanding of constraints in implementation and technology Follow the steps for deployment as envisaged in the project plan foresee possible cutover issues and plan for them proactively Resolve simple common issues with speed and accuracy understand issues and analyze root cause through direct customer interaction Participate in client discussions to understand customer problems articulate to stakeholders identify solutions bringing the best industry and company practices Conduct requirements workshops understand the AS IS processes Current System Study and identify high level process system changes Arrive at possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution impact on related functional areas acceptability of the solution to the user community technical feasibility and efficiency Train the users end and key users and prepare training material Assist in presales activities as a SME by giving inputs in solution design and team structure Prepare artifacts for marketing and GTM solution activities including case studies IN ORDER TO build collateral for marketing initiatives Handling the team of Business Analysts Review the documents created by Team Members Technical Domain Competencies Advanced IT skills especially MS Excel and SQL JIRA and VISIO Associate III or LOMA ALMI ACS certification A strong understanding of the life insurance industry with Information Technology IT delivery experience Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate to individuals with differing levels of modelling understanding Able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative Excellent organizational and prioritization skills About CIEL HR Payroll Company Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry powered by technology and analytics The Founders of Ma Foi the pioneer of the HR services sector in India along with some of the finest brains in the HR Services Industry have envisioned and built the firm CielHR to deliver the full range of Recruiting services from Executive Search Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Permanent as well as Temporary roles through its offices in India and the Middle East Website Role really excits you kindly share resume to sonali s cielhr com Regards Sonali
