Job Title Senior Accountant Location Greater Noida Job Type Full-Time Reports To Chairmen Managing Director Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the accounting and financial operations of a group of institutions The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing consolidated financial reporting inter-company transactions compliance budgeting and internal controls This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work across multiple entities within the group Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Consolidation Prepare monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the group Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial records for all entities Coordinate and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances General Ledger Accounting Oversight Maintain and review general ledger accounts across the institutions Oversee journal entries accruals and other financial adjustments Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies and procedures Budgeting Forecasting Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting Analyze financial performance against budgets and prepare variance analysis reports Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with local tax laws accounting standards and internal policies Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews Assist in the preparation of statutory filings and tax returns Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the accounting function Support implementation of accounting systems or ERP upgrades Team Leadership Coordination Guide and mentor junior accounting staff across the institutions Collaborate with administrative and operational teams to support financial decision-making Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Master s degree preferred CPA CA ACCA or equivalent certification is highly desirable Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience preferably in a multi-entity or group organization Strong knowledge of accounting principles IFRS GAAP financial reporting and tax regulations Experience with accounting software ERP systems e g QuickBooks SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Industry Backgrounds Education Healthcare Non-profit organizations Hospitality Corporate groups or holding companies Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications along with benefits including healthcare paid time off retirement plans etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Account analysis 5 years Required Location Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Required Work Location In person
