Responsibilities - Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality solutions in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. - Oversee the implementation and optimization of UC4 processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth. - Develop and maintain project plans ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all project activities. - Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful insights that drive decision-making. - Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners. - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve project outcomes. - Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that advance scientific research. - Support the companys mission by delivering impactful projects that benefit society. Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of UC4 and its application in technical environments. - Demonstrate expertise in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics with a proven track record of successful projects. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Show proficiency in project management and team leadership. - Display strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. - Be adaptable to changing project requirements and able to work in a hybrid model.
