Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships by identifying their financial needs and providing personalised solutions. The role involves meeting clients, preparing financial plans, offering product recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective financial services. Qualifications - Strong skills in client relationship management, customer service, and effective communication - Proficiency in financial products, investment planning, and wealth management strategies - Ability to identify client needs, assess financial goals, and recommend suitable solutions - Sales, lead generation, and target achievement experience in the financial services industry - Problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills to address client challenges effectively - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field - Relevant certifications - NISM / AMFI is mandatory
