for Life initiative You will be responsible for handling the work stream of the support team helping in monthly weekly planning and strategizing through new channels for scale-up Roles Responsibilities Developing and scaling up the stream of partners conglomerates through engagement with CHROs CMDs CEOs to meet the spurt in demand Supporting in increasing the contribution of Doctors Hospitals nursing homes engaged through DRFHE Dr Reddy s Foundation for Health Education to contribute positively to the GG India revenue Developing and executing training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales and operations team Collaborating with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets and growing the pharmaceutical business Driving business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth expansion and strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical sector Analyzing market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the pharmaceutical industry Generating and analyzing reports metrics and data related to training effectiveness sales performance and business development activities QualificationsEducational QualificationA degree in pharmacy medicine science along with a Post Graduate in ManagementMinimum Experience Required10 years of experience in sales marketing event management or healthcareSkills Attributes Technical Skills 3-5 years of experience in activation and liaising will be preferable In-depth understanding of the pharma business sales and marketing processes Proven skills in critical thinking assessment and analysis strong competency in conceptualizing and designing strategic frameworks In-depth understanding of business models and service design and delivery Experience in Training Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders Demonstrated ability in report writing and
