Primary Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes. - Ability to learn and grasp scheme nuances for DB & DC pensions. - Identify and escalate unresolved issues while keeping supervisors informed. - Strong communication skills with proven ability to handle member/client calls and write professional emails. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Skills and Competencies: Minimum Qualifications: - Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate - Candidates who have applied in the last 3 months, cannot apply again Work Experience: - 1+ years of experience in core Defined Benefits & Defined Contribution (DB & DC). - Experience in areas such as Retirements, Death, Divorce Transfers, Retirals, Debt Management, Payroll Processing, and Scheme Rules.
