We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director
In this role, you will:
. Candidate should have experience in managing teams across various stages of testing (unit testing, system testing, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, NFR testing)
. Candidate should have experience working in the payments domain
. Candidate should have good knowledge of payments and clearings in at least key markets of US, UK, HK, FR
. Candidate should have good experience in automation testing using various automation tools along with functional understanding of payments
. Candidate should be proficient in core Java, Python or VB scripting
. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of integrating Automation scripts using CICD pipelines such as Jenkins
. Candidate should be proficient in scripting for automation of manual tests and having very good logic and reasoning
. Candidate should have working knowledge of SQL
. Candidate should have good communication skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
. Minimum 12 years of experience in the Payments domain.
. Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams
. The Candidate should have worked in in a Payments application or environment previously
. The candidate should have good understanding of Payments, Clearing Systems, Wire Transactions and Accounting
. The candidate should have experience in analyzing BRD and writing test scenarios
. The candidate should have the ability to conduct testing walkthroughs and work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders (Business, Technology BA, Operations, Development,).
. End-to-end payment flow understanding

. A Techno-Functional experience
. Experience of working in a POD structure using Agile methodology
. Experience of working in Jira and Confluence
