Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining schedules, managing communications, organizing files, and providing support to the executive team. Responsibilities also include performing clerical duties, managing phone calls and correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. Qualifications - Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication - Ability to perform Clerical tasks efficiently - High level of organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in common office software and tools - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Relevant experience or education is preferred
