Role Overview: Responsible for managing order to cash process for NA region. About the role: - Performs key activities and problem solving activities related to broad business operations. - Order to cash end-to-end process, including order management, licensing, provisioning, assets & entitlements, royalties, returns, tech support replacements, logistics, and billing. - Conducts these activities across a range of go-to-market motions. - Partners cross-functionally leading problem solving and issue resolution related to order complexity with sales, channel, legal, deal desk, revenue, product management, finance, and sales operations. - Works closely with key channel partners building relationships, enabling, and working together important initiatives. - Collaborates with IT on process and systems improvements.
