The individual will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing web performance data, and creating engaging online content. Other day-to-day tasks include enhancing the online presence of Fearless Community and ensuring optimal campaign outcomes through effective communication and market analysis. Qualifications - Marketing and Communication skills, including strategic planning and stakeholder engagement - Social Media Marketing expertise to develop and execute effective campaigns - Create and scale marketing campaigns over all platforms - Experience with Web Analytics to analyze and optimize online performance - Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools would be an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
