**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of custom developments across regions for our Actimize deployed customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring key delivery KPIs such as customer satisfaction, maintaining margins, and project profitability are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer escalations and provide corrective actions plans.
- Maintain contact and communication with all team members, program managers, TAM, and regional leads to ensure timely completion of post-deployment custom development service requests.
- Accountable for managing overall delivery of customer-critical programs, including demand rationalization, program governance, project reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Identify project priority conflicts and report any issues affecting overall project delivery.
- Cordinate with various groups in Actimize across locations to ensure success of the program.
- Work as a key interface point for business stakeholders, project teams, and GTC teams to identify, discuss, and resolve any issues related to delivery.
- Communicate program status to stakeholders and executives.
- Plan for project contingencies and anticipate variations that may affect resources and successful implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 11-17 years of experience in technical program management in the banking and financial world.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Experience with onsite and offshore delivery models is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication with interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Able to work with and interpret technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Experience working with Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Actimize Implementation knowledge.
- Experience in Financial Crime Compliance field.
- Cloud SAAS or Software as a Service (SAAS) experience.
- Experience managing large projects.
- Experience managing customer-facing operations.
