Senior Manager India Corporate Communications - Location Delhi-NCR Mumbai Cognizant is expanding its India Communications team and looking for a dynamic highly skilled communicator to craft and execute communications strategies externally aligned with the business objectives The candidate will bring a passion for storytelling and lead an integrated approach to the execution of our communications plans The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams working proactively with various stakeholders across the organization and driving campaigns in an exciting fast-paced environment Roles Responsibilities Identify opportunities to elevate the companys presence Deliver outcomes with a strong content strategy and media planning ensure brand values and messaging are consistently communicated Develop and initiate integrated communication plans to drive measurable value for the brand Develop and maintain a rich pipeline of PR content for external audience across platforms print and digital Proactively manage issues that impact the reputation of the company Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables Coordinate with India leaders and communications team members to advance communications strategies Bring a point of view to executive leadership and colleagues balanced by a commitment to work as one team Offer ideas best practices and leadership within the communications team and our stakeholders Be part of maintaining a culture where everyone thrives with an emphasis on encouraging diversity of thought Required Skills ExperienceLooking for professionals with IT services experience 13 years of experience in corporate communications public relations content writing and creation brand marketing Ability to keep a cool head and flex hours in fast-paced environments and manage emerging priorities Exceptional writing skills and strategic mindset Knowledge of social media content creation and platforms Knowledge of Information Technology enterprise and emerging technologies a plus Enthusiastic about driving employee engagement employee experience and executive thought leadership Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders and thought leaders Bachelors Degree Communications Public Relations Journalism or Marketing degree preferred Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects timelines and stakeholders Strategist with strong experience in an agency corporate environment preferred Team player with a strong work ethic Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Communications Public Relations English Journalism or Marketing degree preferred Advanced degree in related specialization area preferred Primary Location - Delhi-NCR Mumbai Cognizant
