About The Role The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Daily targets and customer service in ANZ India, via robust learning and development frameworks. Key responsibilities include - managing workflows, associated reporting and quality checks. Ensure timely and accurate processing of work for both internal and external customers in line with expectations and within the agreed criteria set out in Service Level agreements and established policies. Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Bengaluru Work Hours: 8.5 hrs & Night shift (1:00 am) What will your day look like As a Operations Analyst, you will: - Drive the achievement of agreed financial targets for ANZ & NZ Operations - Ensuring payments/transactions are allocated to customers accounts in a timely and accurate manner. - Ensuring loans are loaded correctly and credit conditions have been checked in accordance with policy. - Ensure the highest level of customer service support is provided in accordance with service level agreements including handoff procedures. - Make recommendations to management on continuous improvement ideas. - Assist other team members with on-the-job training and knowledge sharing. - Identify and recommend initiatives to improve the performance of the functional processes to management - Build collaborates with colleagues to enable objectives to be met. Back-up for the Production lead to manage his/her responsibilities. Communicate well with peers on shore and offshore to ensure customer expectations have been met and exceeded. - Adhere to ANZ Risk & Behaviour policies. - Maintain high accuracy in work to minimize operational losses and reputational risk.
