Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior ResearchAssistant to join our dynamic team. As a key player you will be involved in the field data collection in Karnataka and exposed to data analytics. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and contribute to important decision making.

Role:

Junior Research Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties

Data collection using the manual schedules / Mobile Apps / online application

- Collect, process and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in a timely manner
- Crosscheck information collected. Ensure data is entered correctly and accurately into Excel spreadsheets / databases

Reporting and interacting with internal stakeholders

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
- Manage and maintain confidential information in accordance with company policy
- Carry out basic data analytics if interested to learn to expand the knowledge horizons
- Willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Graduate or postgraduate in any field
- Preference will be given for 1-2 years of experience in impact evaluation projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in MS-Excel
- Basic knowledge of statistical software like SPSS, STATA, Python
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Kannada and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Employment Type:

Full Time - Initially for 6 months and based on the performance it can be extended.

Salary

Salary will be fixed based on qualification, experience and previous monthly salary
