Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive (SaaS) based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, engaging with potential customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include calling potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting the platforms features, and closing sales deals. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and upselling opportunities.

Expected CTC - 3.2LPA to 5 LPA

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls/Cold Calling to potential clients
- Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of Experience in pre Sales and understanding of sales techniques
- Should be Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
