We are looking for a proactive and creative Associate - Digital Marketing to manage and grow our brand s digital presence across multiple platforms The candidate will be responsible for executing all digital marketing activities except performance marketing ensuring consistent brand representation and acting as a bridge between agencies internal teams and on ground teams This role will also involve traveling to different properties for content creation campaign execution and on-ground coordination Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Handle day-to-day management of all brand social media channels Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube etc Create schedule and publish engaging content posts reels stories updates Ensure brand consistency in tone look feel across all platforms Monitor community engagement respond to comments messages and drive audience interaction LinkedIn Corporate Presence Manage company and leadership LinkedIn profiles Coordinate professional content posting thought leadership pieces and engagement strategies Content Coordination Work with agencies for content creation creatives videos and influencer collaborations Coordinate with unit teams to gather updates events and campaigns for digital amplification Ensure hygiene checks and timely updates on all digital platforms Reporting Analysis Track and analyze performance of social media campaigns and organic content Prepare weekly reports on reach engagement growth and insights Share improvement strategies with agencies and internal teams Nice to Have Experience in the hospitality lifestyle or luxury industry Basic knowledge of design tools Canva Photoshop or video editing Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience any industry 2 years Required Work Location In person
