Job Description About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations in our Agra office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in travel coordination or office administration, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities - Handle daily office administration, coordination, and operational activities. - Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics for employees or clients. - Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement and payments. - Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure smooth functioning of the office. - Support HR and finance teams with documentation and coordination tasks. - Handle communication between departments and external stakeholders efficiently. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong coordination and organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Vendor management and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of travel bookings and logistics. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and work independently. Preferred Background - Candidates from the travel domain or with experience in corporate travel coordination will be given preference.
