What You'll Do
- Manage HR operations: leave/attendance, employee records, assets, onboarding & offboarding.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out.
- Build employee engagement initiatives, collect feedback, and support retention strategies.
- Administer benefits (health insurance, PF, wellness) and handle employee queries.
- Address employee grievances and support fair, transparent conflict resolution.
- Support performance reviews, training, and development programs.
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in HR roles.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
- Hands-on experience with talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
