Senior Data Management AnalystRequired Qualifications, International:Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:8 experience in creating complex JIRA workflows, project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemesConfigure and maintain production, development, and test JIRA and Confluence environmentsStrong knowledge of development work, creating Jira projects, workflows, and other scheme configurationsSupport request handling as L2 and L3 supportProficient in scripting with Groovy languageConfigure, manage, and enhance Atlassian tools, including native functionality as well as researching, upgrading, testing, and implementing appsShould have knowledge of Jira and Confluence popular appsTroubleshoot access and/or performance issues, engaging Atlassian and/or app vendor support when necessaryCreate and maintain scripts in such apps as Adaptavist Script Runner and JMWE workflow extensionsUnderstand system architecture and identify impacts when implementing new solutions or modifying the existing solutionsMust have knowledge of Confluence macros and be able to create and maintain technical documentation.Should have knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Scrum experienceGood knowledge of databases and SQL competence and ability to write and understand complex SQL queries.Interact with Project Managers, Process Managers, Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, Practice Teams, Stakeholders, and other AdministratorsShould have strong overall technical skills, excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and prioritization management skills.
