Introduction We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential customers, visiting clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and enjoy working on the field to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Approach new customers and present company products/services effectively. Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-ups. 2. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Ensure timely responses to inquiries, feedback, and concerns. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience. 4. Market Research & Business Expansion Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Identify new business opportunities and areas for market penetration. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and conversions. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Update CRM tools or Excel sheets for proper tracking and follow-ups.Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong sales and persuasion abilities to convert prospects into clients. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management.
