Role Description

This is a full-time job for a General Manager of Quality Management System, based at Mumbai corporate office. The GM will oversee all aspects of quality management including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Auditing. Daily tasks will involve developing quality policies, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with standards, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

- Quality Control, Quality Assurance skills
- Proficiency in Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies
- Experience in conducting Auditing processes
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- frequent travelling across India
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO Quality Management Systems are a plus
