helping us conserve precious resources serve our patients create value for stakeholders give back to society fulfil our potential and maintain our integrity and transparency Dr Reddy s maintains a work environment free from discrimination and is an equal opportunity employer We are committed to employ nurture all qualified diverse workforce without regard to race colour religion nationality sex age disability status genetics sexual orientation gender expression citizenship or any other characteristic or classification protected by applicable law s of the country we operate in We treasure every talent and recognize merit and diversity in our organization Job Summary We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations including guiding and coaching employees ensuring equipment safety and maintenance and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities Responsibilities also include documentation review maintaining product quality coordinating training conducting initial incident investigations and managing process orders Roles Responsibilities You will be responsible for overseeing execution of day-to-day production activities You will be responsible for guiding and coaching employees monitoring their productivity and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance You will be responsible for performing batch execution in OSD Oral Solid Dosage Semi-solid and Liquid manufacturing and packaging You will be responsible for execution and review of Documentations BMR Batch Manufacturing Records BPR Batch Production Records and Logbooks You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP current Good Manufacturing Practices You will be responsible for handling bottle packing tube filling and bulk packing activities You will be a training coordinator through LMS Learning Management system You will be responsible for initial investigation of incidents You will be responsible for generating the process order number Qualifications Educational qualification A Diploma or a B Tech Electircal Minimum work experience 4 to 10 years Skills attributes 33 KVA license is must Technical Skills Knowledge and experience in handling mechanical maintenance preventive maintenance equipment breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of machines and equipment Experience in managing preventive maintenance plans Ability to manage maintenance budget of an area unit Knowledge of GMP and GEP Behavioural skills Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross functional teams external contractors and agencies Attention to detail to ensure preventive maintenance documentation and inventory control Commitment to quality and compliance Additional Information About the Department -
