About the role
As an Events Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Events team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in execution of creative events that align with MuSos guiding principles and values. Collaborate with the events team to support the planning and execution of various events and Assist in coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements. We are looking for an intern who is detail-oriented, organised and possesses effective communication and negotiation skills.
This role demands creativity, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate with various vendors.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support vendor coordination, including procurement and tracking of quotations and specifications. Procure event essentials, including tasteful dcor and high-quality stationery.
On-Site Event Support
Enhance on-site event execution through active involvement in setup, registration, and overall operational efficiency.
Post-Event Evaluation
Facilitate post-event evaluations by collating feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
Engage in insightful debrief sessions to identify enhancement opportunities and enrich
the overall learning experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field - Art, OR experience/ training in Event management.
Experience: Freshers to 6 months experienced individual. Should be happy to work with children and curating events & fun activities for children.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi) to interact effectively with vendors and artists.
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, share creative ideas, and actively participate in planning and brainstorming sessions.
