Job Description Job Description: Educational Content Developer Chemistry Position Overview: We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Chemistry Content Developer with a strong grasp of the CBSE syllabus. The role involves identifying topics that can be effectively taught through Virtual Reality (VR) and practical experiments, creating engaging educational content, and developing comprehensive curriculum and lesson plans to enhance the learning experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Development: Review the CBSE Chemistry syllabus to identify key topics. Categorize topics into those suitable for VR-based learning and practical applications. Develop an integrated curriculum that blends traditional teaching methods with VR and practical experiences. 2. Content Creation: Write accurate, clear, and engaging educational content for all Chemistry topics in the syllabus. Create supplementary materials such as worksheets, experiment manuals, and VR guides. Collaborate with technical teams to develop VR content and simulations aligned with the Chemistry curriculum. 3. Lesson Planning: Design detailed lesson plans that outline objectives, methodologies, and materials required for VR and practical learning. Develop interactive learning experiences that use VR technology and hands-on experiments to deepen student understanding. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure content meets educational standards and is effectively implemented. Support the integration of VR and practical tools into Chemistry teaching practices. Qualifications: B.Sc or M.Sc in related fields (Preferred M/Sc) Experience in curriculum development, content writing, or instructional design within the CBSE framework. Proficiency in using educational technology, especially VR tools and practical experiment kits. Strong organizational and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in incorporating technology into educational content. Familiarity with VR platforms and their applications in Chemistry education. Creative and innovative approach to content development and curriculum design.
