Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring targets are met or exceeded, and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role involves leading a sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and providing support to drive results. Additionally, the Sales Manager will contribute to market research, identify growth opportunities, and represent DE'CAELI's premium brand image in all client interactions. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales Planning, Target Achievement, and Business Strategy - Strong Client Engagement, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills - Ability to lead and motivate sales teams effectively - Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Market Analysis, and Sales Trends - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Prior experience in luxury products or fashion retail industry will be an advantage
