Job Title Sr Costing Engineer Location Bhiwandi Department Estimation Costing Reporting To Factory Head Director Job Purpose To lead and manage the costing and estimation function ensuring accurate costing of modular steel furniture projects developing pricing strategies and providing cost analysis support for decision-making Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for modular steel furniture projects including raw materials labour overheads and subcontracting Analyse technical drawings and specifications to determine accurate costings Develop and maintain cost databases for materials labour rates and manufacturing processes Collaborate with design production purchase and sales teams for accurate and competitive costing Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and support pricing strategies for tenders and client proposals Monitor actual production costs vs estimated costs analyse variances and recommend corrective actions Prepare costing reports and present insights to senior management Ensure compliance with company costing policies and industry best practices Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production or relevant field Minimum 5-8 years of experience in costing and estimation in furniture metal fabrication or manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes material costing and estimation techniques Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems and costing software Skills Competencies Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Strong leadership and team management abilities About Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt Ltd Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt Ltd is a leading steel furniture manufacturing company known for innovation quality and excellence We take pride in delivering premium products and exceptional customer experiences contributing to a modern and functional lifestyle for our clients Company Link https www kuche7 com Company Address Atlanta Industrial Park Sonale Village Bhiwandi Maharashtra 421311 Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
