Key Responsibilities -
Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze sales and Inventory data to identify trends and insights.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for data manipulation, creating reports, and performing various analytical tasks. -
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple stores to ensure optimal stock levels. - Sales Analysis: Analyze sales performance to support decision-making processes
Buying Support: Assist in the buying process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Distribution Management: Coordinate the distribution of products between stores to maintain balanced inventory level
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, sales, or inventory management. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Skills - Experience with inventory management software. - Familiarity with retail buying and distribution processes preferably in jewellery. - Knowledge of additional data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
