Job Summary :

We are looking for a data-savvy and insights-driven Data Analyst to join our digital analytics team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing website and digital campaign performance using tools such as Piwik PRO, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery, and Looker Studio.

The role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for data-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.

- Define, implement, and own tagging and tracking strategies (with tools like Piwik PRO Tag Manager, GA4, GTM).

- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track KPIs.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate tracking implementation.

- Optimize website and campaign performance through user journey analysis.

- Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams for data-backed decision-making.

- Track and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns and landing pages.

- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and business impact.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in web/digital analytics or a similar role.

- Proficient in Piwik PRO, GA4, GTM, and data visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

- Good understanding of SEO, UX principles, and digital marketing performance metrics.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript or SQL is a plus.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
