Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Marketers: Work closely with the marketing team to understand and align with the copy strategy, ensuring that content meets business objectives.
- Craft Engaging Copy: Write clear, concise, and error-free content for websites and digital marketing materials, reflecting the company s brand voice.
- Develop Fresh Copy Concepts: Suggest new and engaging copy ideas that can enhance web traffic and drive leads.
- Maintain Originality: Ensure all content is 100% plagiarism-free and written without the use of AI tools, delivering human-centric, authentic copy.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competitors and creating fresh, innovative copy strategies.
- Technical Information Simplification: Convert complex technical information into persuasive, easy-to-understand copy that aligns with creative direction.
- Meet Deadlines: Adhere to deadlines and content quotas while maintaining high-quality standards for each project.
- Proofreading & Editing: Ensure content is polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines, with attention to language, flow, and grammar.

Required Skills:

- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in content marketing, with a proven track record of creating effective, lead-worthy content.
- Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to combine creative thinking with a deep understanding of marketing goals to produce content that engages and converts.
- Brand Voice Mastery: Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats.
- Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills, with a meticulous eye for detail in language, tone, and flow.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that showcases your ability to craft impactful copy for digital platforms.
- Content Strategy Insight: Clear understanding of how copy fits within broader marketing strategies, including when, where, and how to deliver content to achieve maximum impact.
