Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to drive sales and build relationships with hospitality businesses in assigned regions. This role requires frequent field visits, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality sector through field visits and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to hotel owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product portfolio.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 12 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the hospitality or technology industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
