Position GDA Instructor Location SEDI Reporting to Center In-charge Summary The GDA Instructor is responsible for delivering practical and theoretical healthcare training to students aspiring to become General Duty Assistants GDAs This includes conducting classes assessing trainee performance and ensuring job placements in the healthcare sector Key Responsibilities Deliver GDA training patient care hygiene nursing assistance per the curriculum Regularly assess and evaluate trainee performance Mentor trainees provide feedback and prepare them for job placements Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare facilities for student placements Ensure adherence to SEDI guidelines and report training progress Qualifications Education Diploma Degree in Nursing or related field Experience 2-3 years in healthcare or GDA training Skills Strong communication teaching abilities and healthcare knowledge KPIs Trainee completion and placement rates Assessment scores and attendance Trainee satisfaction and engagement Salary Based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 27 500 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Nursing 2 years Preferred total work 1 year Preferred License Certification Driving Licence Preferred Nursing Registration Preferred Work Location In person
