**Position**: GDA Instructor
**Location**: SEDI
**Reporting to**: Center In-charge.

**Summary**:
The GDA Instructor is responsible for delivering practical and theoretical healthcare training to students aspiring to become General Duty Assistants (GDAs). This includes conducting classes, assessing trainee performance, and ensuring job placements in the healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver GDA training (patient care, hygiene, nursing assistance) per the curriculum.
- Regularly assess and evaluate trainee performance.
- Mentor trainees, provide feedback, and prepare them for job placements.
- Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare facilities for student placements.
- Ensure adherence to SEDI guidelines and report training progress.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Nursing or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in healthcare or GDA training.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, teaching abilities, and healthcare knowledge.

**KPIs**:

- Trainee completion and placement rates.
- Assessment scores and attendance.
- Trainee satisfaction and engagement.

**Salary**: Based on experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Nursing Registration (preferred)

Work Location: In person
