Job Title Spares In-Charge - Eicher Commercial Vehicles Location Haribalakrishna Automobiles Authorised Dealer of VE Commercial VEhicle Nagercoil Tamil Nadu Department Spare Parts Inventory Management Experience Required 1-3 years in Spare Parts Management preferably in Commercial Vehicles Eicher Job Summary The Spares In-Charge will be responsible for managing the spare parts operations for Eicher Commercial Vehicles ensuring optimum stock availability effective inventory control and timely supply to the workshop and retail customers The role demands strong knowledge of Eicher spare parts vendor coordination and efficient store management to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day spare parts operations including receiving storing issuing and billing of parts Ensure availability of fast-moving parts and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and dead stock Coordinate with Eicher OEM suppliers and internal teams for procurement and timely replenishment of spares Monitor and maintain accurate stock records bin cards and system entries Implement effective inventory control methods to reduce pilferage and wastage Support service and sales departments with required parts availability Prepare MIS reports stock statements consumption reports and reorder status Handle customer queries counter sales and ensure timely delivery of spares Supervise store staff assign tasks and monitor performance Adhere to company policies safety norms and Eicher guidelines for spare parts management Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Eicher Commercial Vehicle spare parts Hands-on experience with DMS ERP Inventory software Excellent communication negotiation and vendor management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Team leadership and staff management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualification Diploma Degree in Automobile Mechanical Engineering OR Graduate with relevant spare parts experience Certification or training in Eicher spare parts management will be an added advantage Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Incentives linked to parts sales inventory efficiency Employee benefits as per company policy Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 14 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
