Job Title: Salesforce nCino QA Engineer

Location: Bangalore (5 days WFO)

Experience: 3-6 years

Salary: 15 LPA

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce nCino QA Engineer with strong experience in testing, particularly within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in nCino testing, an understanding of Agile methodology, and hands-on experience in integration and E2E testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain test requirements traceability metrics, system test plans, and manual test cases.
- Design, develop, and execute system test scenarios ensuring coverage for all business and technical requirements.
- Conduct project scoping, effort estimation, and scheduling for testing activities.
- Document and communicate test status and results clearly and concisely.
- Track, report, and validate defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams for defect resolution.
- Recommend and implement necessary changes to testable requirements and adapt test scenarios as needed.
- Perform integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing across systems.
- Collaborate effectively with Development and Middleware teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile sprint meetings, ensuring clear communication with the project team on testing progress and challenges.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce nCino testing.
- Strong domain knowledge in Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
- Proven experience in integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Strong skills in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Salesforce and nCino platform.
- Experience in middleware testing and cross-system integration.
