Job Title Design Executive- Showroom DesignGrade ExecutiveDivision Department Profile DivisionWork Location KanpurTotal Work Experience 3 5 yearsAge GenderPreference if any NoTravel Required NoReports to Title of Manager CET ManagerEDUCATION QUALIFICATION Graduate Diploma BTechBachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field OTHER PROFESSIONAL COURSES CERTIFICATION if required Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit 3ds Max Adobe Creative Suite DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-impact uPVC showroom spaces The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in retail and product display environments with a strong eye for brand aesthetics space planning and customer experience This role involves end- to-end ownership of showroom design projects across locations from concept to completion Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative showroom layouts that effectively showcase uPVC products windows doors profiles etc Translate brand identity into cohesive physical environments that enhance customer engagement and sales Develop detailed design plans including layout lighting materials color schemes and custom product displays Collaborate with marketing product and sales teams to align showroom design with business strategy and customer demographics Prepare high-quality presentations mood boards 2D plans 3D renders and construction drawings Source materials finishes and furniture in line with both design quality and budget constraints Supervise contractors fabricators and on-site teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation Oversee multiple showroom projects simultaneously managing schedules budgets and design integrity Ensure designs comply with industry regulations and safety standards Behavioral and Functional Competencies Experience in the fenestration or building materials industry Understanding of visual merchandising and product placement strategies Familiarity with brand development and experiential design concepts 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in showroom retail design
