Position: Sales Manager – Coatings Raw Materials This is a Techno-Commercial role involving both technical application knowledge and business development responsibilities. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with customers to understand their formulations and propose value-added solutions using our product range. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: - Drive business development for our Additives, Special Binders & Pigments used in Coatings & Inks - Identify new opportunities and develop key accounts across Pan India - Understand customer formulations and recommend suitable grades from our product portfolio - Collaborate with international principals/suppliers for technical discussions, & Business Development - Lead negotiations, pricing, and deal closures for strategic accounts - Work closely with the internal sales, logistics, and application teams for smooth order execution - Manage and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable) - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs - Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events ✅ Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Chemical Distributions Field of Paints/ Coatings (Additives, Resins, Pigments, etc.) - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field - In-depth understanding of coatings formulations and application requirements - Strong communication and presentation skills - Willingness to travel across India for client visits and technical meetings - Proven ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of the sales cycle 📧 Apply Now: hr@krishnaenterprise.org 📞 Contact: +91 99306 06881 🌐 Website: www.krishnaenterprise.org Join us to build a future in specialty chemicals with innovation, expertise, and long-term partnerships. #NowHiring #SalesManager #CoatingsIndustry #SpecialtyChemicals #TechnoCommercial #BusinessDevelopment #ChemicalDistribution #MumbaiJobs #Additives #Pigments #Resins
