Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, updating property listings, and conducting market research to stay informed about the latest industry trends. Qualifications - Possession of a valid Real Estate License - Customer Service and Sales skills - Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in market research and property assessment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
