Cluster Head

Sales & Revenue Management:

- Drive primary and secondary sales across the Punjab region.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration across all towns in the cluster.

Distributor & Retail Management:

- Appoint and manage distributors and stockists in the assigned areas.

- Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, and claim processing.

- Resolve distributor and market-related issues promptly.

Team Management:

- Lead and supervise Sales Officers/Territory Sales Executives.

- Monitor daily field activities, assign targets, and review performance.

- Conduct regular team training, motivation, and performance evaluations.

Market Development & Execution:

- Plan and execute trade marketing activities, product promotions, and market activations.

- Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong retailer engagement.

- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and product feedback.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of sales data and market insights.

- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and HO teams for smooth operations.

- Analyze competitor activities and propose counter-strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

- 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/Personal Care/Consumer Goods sales.

- Proven experience in managing distributors and field sales teams.

- Sound knowledge of the Punjab region's retail and distribution landscape.

Skills Required:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to travel extensively within the region.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting tools, and mobile CRM apps
