Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Dashboard & Reporting
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards to track recruitment metrics such as funnel performance, TAT, SLA adherence, and recruiter productivity.
- Automate weekly and monthly TA reports for leadership reviews.
- Work closely with the TA team to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Build ad hoc reports to support hiring decisions and drive process improvements.
2. Contract Management
- Maintain a centralized repository of all third-party contracts (consultants, vendors, etc.).
- Track contract expiry, renewal cycles, and compliance with terms.
- Coordinate with Legal and Vendor Management teams for new contracts, amendments, and closures.
3. Invoice Processing & Finance Coordination
- Track invoice submissions from recruitment vendors and contractors.
- Validate accuracy of billing data against deployment records.
- Liaise with Finance for timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure to recruitment operations or HR shared services.
- Understanding of procurement and finance workflows related to vendor payments.
- Experience in handling dashboards for large-scale hiring or HR functions.
Expectation from candidate:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in HR analytics, MIS reporting, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with working knowledge of visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sets.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
