Position: Senior Amdocs Migration Specialist Experience: 10–15 years Location: Bangalore, India (subject to change as per client project location and requirements) About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Amdocs Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end data and system migration initiatives within our telecom transformation program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amdocs systems, strong experience managing large-scale migrations, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage migration activities across multiple Amdocs environments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data - Define migration strategies, methodologies, and validation frameworks aligned with business and technical objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including billing, CRM, integration, and infrastructure teams for coordinated execution - Identify risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks during migration and propose mitigation strategies - Conduct data profiling, mapping, and reconciliation between source and target systems - Support post-migration validation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities - Drive continuous improvement and standardization of migration processes and tools Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Amdocs platform implementations and migrations - Proven track record in large-scale telecom data migrations, preferably within production-grade environments - Strong understanding of Amdocs data models, schema structures, and integration layers - Experience with ETL tools, migration automation, and validation frameworks - Solid understanding of telecom BSS/OSS architecture - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to lead technical teams and work collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud-based migration or modernization initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Exposure to Amdocs CES, CRM, Ordering, or Billing systems - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools used in migration processes - If you’re an expert in Amdocs migration and are passionate about driving transformation in telecom systems, we’d love to hear from you.
