Position: Senior Amdocs Migration SpecialistExperience: 10–15 yearsLocation: Bangalore, India (subject to change as per client project location and requirements)About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned Amdocs Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end data and system migration initiatives within our telecom transformation program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amdocs systems, strong experience managing large-scale migrations, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure a seamless transition.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage migration activities across multiple Amdocs environments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data- Define migration strategies, methodologies, and validation frameworks aligned with business and technical objectives- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including billing, CRM, integration, and infrastructure teams for coordinated execution- Identify risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks during migration and propose mitigation strategies- Conduct data profiling, mapping, and reconciliation between source and target systems- Support post-migration validation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of migration processes and toolsRequired Skills and Experience- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Amdocs platform implementations and migrations- Proven track record in large-scale telecom data migrations, preferably within production-grade environments- Strong understanding of Amdocs data models, schema structures, and integration layers- Experience with ETL tools, migration automation, and validation frameworks- Solid understanding of telecom BSS/OSS architecture- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills- Ability to lead technical teams and work collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsPreferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud-based migration or modernization initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP)- Exposure to Amdocs CES, CRM, Ordering, or Billing systems- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops tools used in migration processes- If you’re an expert in Amdocs migration and are passionate about driving transformation in telecom systems, we’d love to hear from you.
