Data Handling & Automation Organize video files, AI-generated assets, and project documentation. Use AI tools to generate subtitles, translations, and automated annotations. Maintain version control and proper file management for team accessibility. 4. Quality Control Review videos for accuracy, timing, visual appeal, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure technical quality, including resolution, frame rate, audio clarity, and aspect ratio. Conduct final checks before publishing or delivery. 5. Learning & Skill Development Stay updated on emerging AI video editing technologies and software. Participate in training sessions or workshops conducted by the company. Experiment with new editing techniques, AI tools, and creative approaches. 6. Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers. Accept feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently. Support team in multi-project coordination and deadline management. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Technical Skills Familiarity with video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. Knowledge of AI video editing tools like Runway ML, Pictory, Wisecut, or Descript is a plus. Basic understanding of motion graphics, transitions, audio editing, and color grading. 2. Creativity & Storytelling Strong sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling. Ability to transform raw footage into engaging video content. 3. Communication & Collaboration Good verbal and written communication skills to understand project briefs and instructions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks. 4. Attention to Detail Ensure accuracy in subtitles, captions, and video edits.
