Livnest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic real estate company committed to delivering premium housing projects with trust and excellence. We are seeking experienced Sales Executives to join our sales team in Thane.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on qualified leads provided by the company.
- Connect with potential customers over calls and explain project details.
- Schedule and conduct site visits (SVs) with clients.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with prospects for closures and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and share regular reports with management.

Requirements:

- Minimum13 years of experience in real estate sales(mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and handling client meetings.
- Experience in handling projects byKalpataru, Rustomjee, or Lodhawill be considered an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule:

- 6 days working (Week off:Monday).
