Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Risk Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in fraud risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify potential fraud risks and develop predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective anti-fraud measures and monitor suspicious activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on fraud trends, patterns, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats related to fraud and cyber security.
- Provide expert guidance on fraud prevention best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall fraud risk management.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw insightful conclusions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
