To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Assistant Manager- IT in Chennai What a typical day looks like: - Implement MES solution to Manufacturing Plants. - Visit site, conduct workshop with plant users to understand As-IS process. - Gather requirements, Map value chain & document the proposed future state. - Collaborate with various teams to facilitate site deployment activities - Serve as the liaison between the plant, business and the Integrator teams - Onsite and/or remote hyper care support - Involve in Post Go live Project support - Ready to travel onsite for site deployments and facilitation The experience we're looking to add to our team: - Minimum 9+ years of experience in IT Applications / Shop floor applications. - Experience working on with Manufacturing plants and Project implementations. - Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System and/or Level 2/4 Systems - Knowledge of MES interfaces with Level 4 (ERP..) - Knowledge back ground on ISA 95 Standards and plant automations - Experience in Project management and Deployments - Any MES/ Shop floor application support or implementations experience. - Project Management - Knowledge on SQL - Good communication skill - Problem solving ability - Flexible for shifts What you'll receive for the great work you provide - Health Insurance - PTO PV14 - Site Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
