demonstrating flexibility and proactive communication to ensure strong connections with global partners As a Senior HR Business Partner you will leverage data-driven insights and your ability to influence senior leaders to ensure our people s strategies align with business goals and drive company success What you ll get to do Work closely with our Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams and People Operations partner teams to shepherd the great Employee Experience programs already in place and also drive process improvement Develop and implement best practices that enable growth drive change when necessary and scale the company Provide a full range of Human Resources support and leadership to drive employee engagement and retention Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to help design and execute strategies for how we staff onboard develop motivate retain and organize work Support our unique performance and promotion review process and talent programs Our and employee relations Your experience should include 7 years of HR business experience partnering effectively with HR functional groups including Talent Acquisition Employee Relations and Learning including team building and relationship management skills Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations mixed employee BPO models and ability to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design succession planning performance management D I compensation talent management employee relations and M A experience Strong partnership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to listen accept feedback build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders and drive organizational change across complex environments Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process change management skills servant leader mindset and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution Travel required roughly twice per year You might also have Bachelors degree We ve got your back We offer a range
