Job Description Please find the job description for the role: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive for our e-commerce store in Salem. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment. You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting sales calls, and providing excellent customer service to drive sales growth. If you are passionate about sales and eager to develop your career in the digital space, we want to hear from you Responsibilities - Manage and nurture leads generated through various digital channels.This is for computers and electronic store in Salem. - Conduct sales calls and follow-ups to convert leads into customers. - Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs. - Manage day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website built on Shopify. - - check order status, enable fulfillment, update tracking details, and ensure timely dispatch. - Process and monitor online customer orders. Skills and Qualifications - Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising is a plus. - Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, keyword optimization). - - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for sales and stock reports. - 0-3 years of experience in e-commerce/ SEO/digital sales is preferable. Preferred Skills * Experience with Canva/Photoshop for minor banner/product image updates. * Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Search Console, Meta Ads, Mailchimp). * Knowledge of PC components, laptops, printers, and IT products. Salary: 15K for freshers with knowledge or basic experience in web designing. 15K-30K for experienced. Work Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu (Work from office only).
