At ZOCA, we're a fast-growing startup in Koramangala, looking for an energetic and organized Office Administrator to help keep things running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for everything from office maintenance to employee support, ensuring that our team has what they need to be productive and happy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping the Office in Top Shape:
- Ensure our office is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Manage the day-to-day upkeep and coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Take care of all office-related supplies and equipment, making sure everything is running smoothly.
- Managing Office Supplies & Vendors:
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies and ensure we're stocked with everything we need.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors for things like office cleaning, maintenance, and other services
- Keep track of purchase orders and deliveries to stay on top of everything.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
- Help new team members feel at home by assisting with their onboarding setting up their workstations, explaining office policies, and making sure everything is ready for them to hit the ground running.
- When team members leave, assist with the offboarding process, including collecting office materials and helping with exit procedures.
- Business Travel Coordination:
- Help organize travel arrangements for employees booking flights, hotels, and transport for business trips.
- Assist with travel expenses and ensure everything is tracked and accounted for.
- Planning Office Events & Activities:
- Be the mastermind behind fun office events, team outings, and celebrations that keep the team engaged and connected.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and any special office activities.
- Keeping Our Tech Running Smoothly:
- Ensure all office devices (computers, printers, etc.) are up and running and well-maintained.
- Manage office inventory and order materials as needed.
- General Office Coordination:
- Support the team with general administrative tasks like scheduling, organizing meetings, and providing assistance wherever needed.
- Be the go-to person for any office-related questions or issues.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi or English (knowledge of Kannada/other local language is a plus).
- A self-starter who's organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, business travel coordination, or event planning is a bonus
- Ideally, you live near Koramangala, as this is a work-from-office role.
